High Cell Expression: SDR8006 achieves efficient intracellular delivery through unique transmembrane transport and endosomal escape mechanisms, easily achieving transfection efficiencies above 90%.
Compatible with Various RNA Types: Suitable for transfecting mRNA, siRNA, gRNA, saRNA, circRNA, and other RNA types.
Messenger RNA (mRNA):
* Using a 24-well plate, transfect with eGFP mRNA, followed by fluorescence imaging and flow cytometry analysis after 24 hours.
Small Interfering RNA (siRNA) - Cellular Uptake Efficiency:
* Transfect with 30nM Cy3-labeled siRNA per well, followed by fluorescence imaging after 6 hours.
Small Interfering RNA (siRNA) - Gene Silencing Efficiency
* Transfect with 30nM GAPDH siRNA per well, followed by qPCR analysis after 48 hours to measure GAPDH mRNA relative expression levels.
Circular RNA (circRNA):
* Using a 96-well plate, transfect with 100ng eGFP circRNA per well, followed by fluorescence imaging after 24 hours.
Self-Amplifying RNA (saRNA):
* Using a 96-well plate, transfect with 100ng eGFP saRNA per well, followed by fluorescence imaging after 24 hours.
Extremely Low Cytotoxicity: Utilizes biodegradable materials, free of ethanol, with minimal impact on cells, reducing experimental bias. After transfecting 30nM GAPDH siRNA into 293T cells, cell proliferation activity is assessed using a CCK-8 kit after 24 hours.
